 130 g Shrimp
 250 g Vegetable mix
 50 ml Vegetable broth(or boiling water)
 20 g Onion
 5 g Butter
 Glove of garlic
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste

Boil rice in salted water 10 - 15 Minutes after boiling water. Rice should be slightly undercooked.

If the prawns are raw (clear meat), then fry them in a preheated and lightly greased frying pan until the meat turns white. Put in a plate. If the shrimp is already cooked, peeled and frozen, immediately combine with vegetables.

In a preheated pan (you can in the one where the prawns were fried), whole onions and garlic are sauteed until the onions are transparent (garlic should only give off flavor). Remove the garlic. Add vegetables, rice, broth, shrimp, salt, pepper and simmer all together for 15 Minutesunder a closed lid. If necessary, you can add water or broth.
