 50 g Rice(unpolished, wild, dark)
 200 g Mackerel
 150 g Beet
 20 ml Greek yogurt (up to 10%)
 Lemon juicetaste
 Herbstaste

Boil rice until cooked;

Heat the oven to 180-200С, put the fish on a baking sheet, pre-marinate it in lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15 - 20 Minutes;

Next to the fish put the beets, previously cut into cubes or circles, or you can boil it separately. Greek beets can be served with beets.
