70 g Broccoli (inflorescences)
70 g Green beans
50 g Corn(grain or cobs)
70 g Carrot
2 tsp Olive oil
30 g Feta (tofu)
½ tsp Paprika
1 tsp Italian herbs

Cook rice until cooked;

Broccoli, carrot cubes, corn (if necessary) and beans are boiled in boiling water for 5 Minutes and blot excess liquid with paper towels;

Cut feta into cubes and mix with paprika and herbs;

Rice seasoned with olive oil, add vegetables and sprinkle with feta in herbs.
* vegetables can also be fried in a pan or cooked in a double boiler.
