 50 g Quinoa
 50 g Banana
 10 g Raisins
 20 g Almond
 5 g Sesame
 50 ml Organic yogurt 1.5%(or soy milk - 150ml)

Quinoa, pre-soak and boil until tender;

Slice banana, add to quinoa;

Soak raisins and almonds, add to quinoa with sesame seeds, mix;

You can add yogurt or soy milk without sugar.
