100 g Green peas (fresh or frozen)
50 g Chicken breast
50 g Frize salad

Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes and bake in the oven, watering with vegetable oil;

Boil chicken and cut into medium slices or grill;

Pre-cooked peas (frozen) for 5 Minutes;

Wash and tear the Frieze salad;

Fry walnuts lightly, peel and divide into slices;

Mix all.

Take natural yogurt, add olive oil, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper. The sauce is ready!

Pour over the salad dressing.
