 200 g Pumpkin
 150 g Berries
 1 Egg
 2 tbsp Organic yogurt 2.5%
 2 tbsp Oatmeal(or ground oatmeal)
 10 g Nuts
 1 tsp Honey
 Nutmegtaste
 Cinnamontaste

Peel and grate the pumpkin (the finer the grater - the more homogeneous the pancakes). Mix with egg, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon.

Form pancakes with a tablespoon in a non-stick pan and fry without oil (or with a minimal addition of oil) for 4 - 5 Minutes on each side.

Sprinkle the finished pancakes with crushed nuts. Lubricate with honey. Serve with yogurt and berries.
