 Egg + Egg White (1+1)
 40 g Lettuce
 20 g Feta
 30 g Any greens
 1 A tomato
 50 g Zucchini
 ¼ Onion
 30 g Whole wheat bread

Break the eggs into a bowl and mix until smooth, salt to taste. In a preheated frying pan without oil (if it burns, you can grease with a small amount of oil using a pastry brush / cotton pad) make an omelet on a small fire so that it does not stick;

We put tomato slices, lettuce, colored feta, greens and zucchini fried in a dry frying pan on a ready omelet. Wrap in rolls and serve with bread.
