 30 g Mozzarella
 100 g An Apple
 150 g Persimmon
 15 g Nuts

Grate mozzarella on a coarse grater, finely chop the apple. Put on pita bread, sprinkle with cinnamon, wrap and fry in a dry frying pan without oil on both sides until crisp.

Serve with persimmon.
