 120 g Minced chicken
 1 Bulgarian pepper
 1 Tomatoes
 25 g Buckwheat
 ½ Onion

We put the oven to warm up to 180 C and cook buckwheat until cooked in a ratio of water 1: 2;

Cut the pepper into halves and peel the seeds;

We make tomato sauce: three tomatoes on a grater, finely chop onion and garlic. And stew it all for several minutes in a pan, pre-salt and pepper to taste;

We fill the halves of the pepper with minced meat (it is better to do it yourself, grind the meat with spices to taste. There is a lot of excess fat in the purchase) and buckwheat and pour tomato sauce in a baking dish;

Bake the peppers for about
20 Minutes until the meat is ready;

Finely chop the herbs and serve to the peppers.
