 90 g Broccoli
 60 g Peas mash
 40 g Cherry tomatoes
 40 g Cucumber
 30 g Lettuce
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Lemon juicetaste

Mash soak overnight (you can for several hours). Boil until cooked for about 20 minutes. Salt at the end.
Steam the broccoli for 25 minutes.
Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into a salad. Mix with peas mung bean and broccoli. Season with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
