
3 tbsp Oatmeal
70 g Cottage cheese
40 g Pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp Organic yogurt
100 g Berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp Honey

Grind oatmeal in flour in a blender, add yogurt, pomegranate and water, if necessary. The dough should be consistent, like liquid sour cream;

Put pancakes on a preheated frying pan without oil with a tablespoon and fry until crisp on both sides;

Knead the cottage cheese with a fork and spread on top of the finished pancakes;

Puree berries with honey and pour pancakes with ready-made sauce.
