OMELET (1 EGG + 1 PROTEIN) WITH VEGETABLE STEW (200 G)

 60 g Sweet pepper
 Clove of garlic
 ½ A tomato
  Zucchini
 60 g Peas
 230 g Frozen vegetable mix(instead of fresh vegetables)
 1 Eggs + 1 protein
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 Sea salt taste
 Peppertaste
 1 tsp Herbs(oregano, basil, Italian mix)
 ¼ Onion

Heat olive oil in a pan with a thick bottom and throw a clove of garlic in it, let it brown and remove it;

Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown;

Cut the zucchini and pepper into pieces (the larger in size, the crispy the vegetables in the dish will turn out) and add to the hot pan to the onion;

Fry vegetables for 5 Minutes over high heat, reduce heat and add finely chopped tomatoes and herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover and simmer until cooked.

Add peas and a pre-made egg mixture to the non-stick pan (mix eggs with salt / pepper to taste with a whisk).

If we use a vegetable mixture - put the mixture on a heated frying pan with olive oil, salt / pepper, add spices, cover and simmer for 5 - 7 Minutes;

On the pillow of vegetable stew, lay out the finished omelet.
