OATMEAL PANCAKES (250 G) WITH CINNAMON AND BERRIES (150 G)

 50 g Oat groats
 1 Egg
 20 g Whole wheat flour (or oat)
 50 g Banana
 5 g Butter
 100 ml Organic yogurt 2.5%
 150 g Berries(currants, raspberries, blueberries)
 Cinnamontaste

In a blender, mix until smooth the banana, oatmeal, flour, cinnamon, egg and yogurt (you can leave 1 tbsp. Yogurt for ready-made pancakes. The dough should be sour cream consistency.

Bake in a preheated pan without oil (you can grease with a thin layer of butter) over medium heat for 5 Minutes on each side.

Put the remaining yogurt and berries on the prepared pancakes.
