 10 g Flax seeds
 10 g Sesame
 10 g Walnut
 50 g Banana
 100 g Blueberries, raspberries, currants
 100 ml Water or yogurt 1.5%(without additives)

Pour oatmeal into a bowl;

Add pre-soaked flax seeds, sesame seeds, walnuts, mix, chop banana;

Grind the berries in a blender with water, pour oatmeal and let it brew for 10 Minutes.
