Pumpkin is pre-baked in the oven. Baking time depends on the shape and size of the slices / whole pumpkin - 10 - 15 Minutes, if cut into slices. The pumpkin should become soft and prick easily;

Cook oatmeal (can be steamed with boiling water for 10 - 15 Minutes);

Cut the finished pumpkin into small pieces or make mashed potatoes in a blender and add to the finished oatmeal. Sprinkle grated apple and seeds on top.
