 4 tbsp Oatmeal preferably not instant
 1 Egg optional
 1 Apple can be replaced with berries (2 tablespoons )
 1 tbsp Greek or organic yogurt
 1 tsp Honey

We put a frying pan with a non-stick coating (or a thick bottom) without using oil;

Add the egg to the flour in a blender. Mix until smooth. The consistency of liquid sour cream should be obtained. If necessary, you can add water to the dough. If the dough is very liquid, leave it for 10 Minutes;

Add the grated apple or berries to the finished dough;

With a tablespoon, we form round pancakes in a heated pan. Fry for about 5 Minutes on each side until the middle and hardening of the crisp harden outside;

Add a little yogurt to the pancakes on top.
