 80 g Cucumber
 60 g Lentils (red)
 60 g Sweet pepper
 60 g A tomato
 30 g Arugula
 20 g Fresh greens(parsley, dill or cilantro)
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 5 g Butter
 30 g Walnut
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Lemon juicetaste

Boil the lentils until cooked, after soaking for 15 Minutes. If a different type of lentil is used, soak for several hours or overnight. Add lemon juice to taste and butter to the finished lentils.

From vegetables, nuts and greens to make a salad. Add lentils, salt, pepper and oil.
