 50 g Lentils
 50 g Tofu
 100 g Young cabbage
 30 g Carrot
 50 g Cucumber
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Greenstaste

Soak lentils, boil;

Lightly fry the tofu in a frying pan without oil, cut into slices, mix with lentils;

Chop the young cabbage, carrots, cucumber, mix everything, add herbs, spices, olive oil, serve with lentils.
