½ tsp Ground ginger

50 g Carrot
½ Clove of garlic
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Tomato paste without additives
½ Medium tomato
½ Small cucumber
¼ Sweet pepper
0.50 tsp Dried oregano(any herbs)

Cutlets :

Soak the lentils overnight. Then, together with onions, garlic and ginger in a blender, bring to uniformity;

Add the spices, oil and carrots to the minced meat. Mix everything;

We part tomato paste from 1 tbsp. water (if necessary). We form meatballs from the minced meat, put it in a deep frying pan, pour tomato sauce and simmer for 20 - 25 Minutes until the lentils are ready.
Salad :

Cut all vegetables as desired;

Oregano (any herbs) mixed with olive oil;

Add the sauce to the vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
