
30 g Couscous
⅓ Sweet pepper
½ Cucumber
30 g Chives
34 Black olives
½ A tomato
20 g Pine nuts
For dressing:

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l .;
Water - ½ tbsp. l .;
Oregano - ¾ tsp;
Dried mint - ¾ tsp;
Sea salt and pepper to taste.

Pour couscous with boiling water 1: 2 and let it brew for 5 Minutes. For friability, the finished couscous can be beaten with a fork.

Fry pine nuts in a preheated pan.

Finely chop the pepper, cucumber, onion, olives and tomato.

Stirring, pour couscous and nuts into the vegetable mixture.

In a separate container we combine all the ingredients for dressing and mix well with a fork.

Season salad with sauce and serve.
