 130 g Curd
 20 g Whole wheat flour
 1 Date fruit
 1 Egg yolk
 100 g Apricot
 1 tbsp Sour cream 15%

For lazy dumplings: mix curd, dates, yolk, whole grain flour. Make a sausage, cut into pieces;

Prepare boiling water, dip the dumplings in boiling water until they float to the surface. Put on a dish;

Make a sauce: mix the apricot with sour cream, beat in a blender until smooth. Serve with dumplings.
