Pre-soak chickpeas, boil. Send to a blender, add tahini, olive oil, herbs, garlic, spices. Chop;

Cut cucumber, tomato, herbs, mozzarella, add a couple of spinach leaves / salad mix, lemon juice, olive oil. Serve with hummus.
