Cook black eyed peas (asparagus) steamed or in boiling water, put on rice;
Cut avocados into slices and put on rice;
Garnish everything with herbs, salt, pepper to taste, add peanuts;
Dress with sauce: in a blender, mix yogurt without additives with herbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper and add to the bowl.
