2 Eggs
80 g Peas(fresh or frozen)
50 g Spinach(fresh or frozen)
100 g Cherry tomatoes (or ordinary)
30 g Whole wheat bread
15 g Dill or parsley
Sea salttaste
Peppertaste

Put peas, spinach and tomatoes in a pan (add a little water if necessary). Put out a couple of minutes under the lid. Add beaten eggs. Salt, pepper and simmer for a couple of minutes until the eggs are ready.

Garnish fried eggs with fresh herbs and serve with bread.
