 40 g Couscous
 70 g Cucumber
 70 g A tomato
 80 g Sweet pepper
 20 g Black olives
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 20 g Parsley (dill or cilantro)
 1 tsp Honey
 Sea salt taste
 Peppertaste
 2 Eggs(without yolks)

Pour couscous with boiling water so that the water covers the cereal. Insist under the lid for 10 Minutes. Boil eggs, use only proteins for salad.

Dice vegetables into salad.

From lemon juice, oil, honey, salt and pepper make a sauce.

Mix couscous with vegetables and pour sauce on top.
