 40 g Flax seeds
 100 ml Organic yogurt 1.5%
 10 g Coconut flakes
 50 g Berries
 10 g Cashew nuts

Flax seeds are crushed in a blender until oil begins to powder (into powder);

We prepare boiling water, add water to the flax porridge, slowly stirring it. In process of thickening, we begin to add instead of water yogurt 1,5% without additives;

After this, add 1 tsp to the porridge coconut flakes, berries , cashews and mix.
