FISH WITH VEGETABLES (200 G), SEAWEED (100 G) AND BULGUR (50 G READY-MADE)

 100 g Cod
 70 g zucchini
 ¼ Red onion
 50 g Cherry tomatoes
 25 g Bulgur (in dry form)
 100 g Seaweed
 Lemon juicetaste
 1 tsp Olive oil

Cook bulgur until cooked in a ratio of water 1: 1.5.

Dice the zucchini and onion. Together with tomatoes, mix with oil;

Put vegetables in the baking dish, put the fish fillet on top and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake in the oven at 200C for 15 Minutes ;

We serve fish with sea kale and prepared bulgur.
