FISH CAKES (150 G) WITH BROCCOLI AND SWEET PEPPER SALAD (200 G) WITH OLIVE OIL

 80 g Broccoli
 20 g Apple
 ½ Sweet pepper
 100 g White fish fillet
 ¼ Onion
 ½ Clove of garlic
 50 g Zucchini
 Parsleytaste
 2 tsp Olive oil
 1.50 tbsp Cereals
 1 tsp Apple vinegar
 Sea salt taste
 Peppertaste

Cook broccoli in salted water for 10 - 15 Minutesuntil tender. Each finished inflorescence can be divided into 3-4 more parts for salad;

We cut the apple and pepper into cubes and mix with chopped broccoli;

Beat the olive oil with vinegar, pepper and salt and season the salad;

Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder or chalk in a blender;

Lubricate the pan with olive oil using a brush or cotton pad (thus, much less oil is required). Heat the pan over high heat;

Finely chop the onion and garlic and send to fry. We make fire of medium intensity;

Cut the zucchini into cubes and send to the onion and garlic;

8

We send the finished fried mixture to a meat grinder or blender and make mashed potatoes from it;

Combine minced fish, mashed vegetables and oatmeal. We form cutlets of any shape from the resulting mixture;

Cutlets can be fried or baked.

When frying : in a very hot pan over high heat, fry the patties on both sides for a couple of minutes until golden brown. And then, close the lid, reduce the heat and fry / steam until cooked (white fish cooks very quickly).

When baking : Put the formed patties in a mold or on a baking sheet. And put in a preheated oven to 180 C for 20 - 25 Minutes.
