 2 Eggs
 40 g Lettuce
 20 g Feta
 30 g Fresh Spinach
 ½ A tomato
 2 Whole wheat bread

Break the eggs into a bowl and mix until smooth, salt to taste. In a preheated frying pan without oil (if it burns, you can grease with a small amount of oil using a pastry brush / cotton pad) make an omelet on a small fire so that it does not stick;

We put tomato slices, lettuce, crumbled feta and spinach on the finished omelet. Wrap in rolls and serve with bread.
