 1 Egg
 10 g Lettuce
 20 g Feta
 20 g Any greens
 2 A tomato
 ½ Onion
 ½ Sweet pepper
 ½ Celery(stem)
 Tomato juice(without additives)
 ½ Cucumber
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Lemon juicetaste
 Fresh minttaste
 Basil taste
 Salttaste

Break the eggs into a bowl and mix until smooth, salt to taste. In a preheated frying pan without oil (if it burns, you can grease with a small amount of oil using a pastry brush / cotton pad) make an omelet on a small fire so that it does not stick;

We put tomato slices, lettuce, crumbled feta and greens on the finished omelet. Wrap in a roll;

All vegetables (previously diced), mint with basil, tomato juice and olive oil are put in a blender and mashed to a homogeneous consistency. Salt to taste. If necessary, add a little water. In hot weather, it can be served cold. If desired, you can warm up the soup and bring to the first signs of boiling and turn it off.
