CURD MINI EASTER WITH DRIED FRUITS AND NUTS

 120 g Ricotta
 120 g Curd
 50 g Banana
 20 g Dried fruits
 10 g Nuts
 12 tbsp Cream 15%(vegetable cream or milk)
 1 tsp Grated Dark Chocolate 80%

Mix curd, banana and ricotta in a blender until smooth. Add cream. Their number can be adjusted. How liquid the mass will turn out depends on the curd as well.

Add finely chopped dried fruits and nuts to the curd mass. Stir.

Put in a special form for Easter. Put under oppression in the refrigerator for several hours, or better - at night.

If desired, sprinkle the finished Easter with chocolate and serve.
