 150 g Curd
 50 g Pumpkin
 5 g Poppy
 100 ml Organic yogurt 1.5% (pure)

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Mix curd cheese with grated pumpkin, egg and soaked poppy seeds;

Put in a dish, bake for 10 - 15 Minutes (can be cooked in a slow cooker);

Serve with yogurt.
