 20 g Crispbread
 1 Cucumber (any vegetables)
 50 g Dry cottage cheese
 1 Dried fruit
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Herbstaste

Finely chop the herbs and mix with cottage cheese and spices until smooth. If necessary, salt and pepper to taste;

We spread the curd dressing on bread with cucumber (or other vegetables to taste);

Dried fruit can be mixed with cottage cheese or eat separately.

Paste a snack once a day for a long period of time between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.
