Pour couscous with boiling water 1: 2 and let it brew for 5 Minutes. For friability, the finished couscous can be beaten with a fork.

Steam mussels or boil, mix with couscous, add herbs, salt, pepper to taste;

Preheat the oven to 180C. Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, put on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs to taste, bake for 15 Minutes;

Before serving, sprinkle with hard cheese, serve with couscous.
