
60 g Tofu
50 g Couscous
1 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
20 g Chives
10 g Parsley
1 tsp Fresh mint(or dried)
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Lemon juice
Sea salt taste
Pepper mixturetaste

Fry the tofu in a dry pan with spices to taste;

Couscous steamed with boiling water in a ratio of 1:2. Let us brew for a couple of minutes;

Finely chop the tomatoes and cucumber and mix with finely chopped onions;

Finely chop the parsley and fresh mint and mix with olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper mixture to taste;

Add the finished couscous to the vegetable salad, mix and serve with tofu.
