 150 g Curd(or cottage cheese 5%)
 50 g Spinach
 100 ml Organic Yogurt 2.5%
 50 g Dill, parsley
 40 g Nuts of your choose
 Sea salt
 Pepper

Wash greens, finely chop.

Mix greens with cottage cheese, add salt to taste, add yogurt on top, sprinkle with dried nuts.
