 250 g Raspberries (any other berries)
 10 g Linen
 20 g Poppy
 10 g Sesame
 1 tsp Honey

Wash berries, put on cottage cheese (or curd)

Flax, poppy seeds, pour sesame seeds into a coffee grinder (blender), grind into a homogeneous mass (similar to flour)

Pour the resulting mixture of seeds with hot water to the consistency of sour cream, add honey. The resulting mixture pour cottage cheese with berries.
