 150 g Curd cheese(or cottage cheese 5%)
 75 g A tomato
 75 g Cucumber
 50 g Sweet pepper
 20 g Greens
 70 g Whole wheat bread
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 Lemon juice or balsamic vinegartaste

Wash vegetables and herbs. Finely chop the greens and mix with cottage cheese, salt, pepper into a uniform mass.

Dry the bread (if desired) on a grill or pan without butter - spread the curd mass on toasts.

Cut vegetables into slices, mix into a salad, if desired, season with lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.
