 60 g Corn grits
 10 g Butter
 150 g Shrimp
 200 g Eggplant
 Greenstaste
 Lemon juicetaste

Boil corn grits, add butter, mix, salt / pepper / greens to taste;

Boil shrimps or steam with lemon, greens;

Cut the eggplant into cubes, put in a pan, add herbs, simmer for 5 - 10 Minutes until cooked. Serve with porridge and shrimp.
