 10 g Butter
 150 g Pumpkin
 100 g Carrot
 1 Date fruit
 100 g Tofu
 10 g Pumpkin seeds

Boil the corn grits;

Heat a frying pan with butter, put on it previously sliced: pumpkin, carrots, dates, tofu, simmer for 7 - 10 Minutes under the lid;

Add corn grits to the pan, mix. Serve sprinkled with pumpkin seeds.
