 30 g Corn grits
 10 g Butter
 200 g Eggplant
 200 g Tofu
 10 g Pumpkin seeds
 1 A tomato

Boil corn grits, add butter, mix, salt, pepper, greens to taste;

Put the eggplant in a pan, add tomato and herbs, stew for 5-10 minutes, add diced tofu , continue cooking for 5 - 7 Minutes;

Serve with corn porridge, garnish with pumpkin seeds.
