Soak chickpeas for a couple of hours in a large amount of cold water. Then boil until cooked;
Grease a frying pan with oil and fry onions and garlic for a couple of minutes;
Then toss chickpeas to the onion with garlic, fry a couple of minutes with paprika;
Grind the tomatoes until smooth in a blender and pour the chickpeas in tomato sauce;
Add the remaining vegetables to the pan, add salt / pepper and stew all together for another
