 60 g Chickpeas
 150 g Mussels
 100 g Brussels sprouts
 1 tsp Olive oil
 10 g Pumpkin seeds
 Salttaste
 Spicestaste
 Herbstaste

Boil pre-soaked chickpeas;

Mussels are steamed or boiled in boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes;

We heat the pan, spread the Brussels sprouts, add greens and a little water, simmer for 5 - 7 Minutes;

Add pre-cooked chickpeas and mussels to it, mix, salt, spices, herbs to taste, olive oil. Cook for 3 Minutes;

Serve with pumpkin seeds.
