 130 g Minced chicken(no fat)
 1 Egg
 30 g Black olives
 20 g Onion
 1 tbsp Oat flour
 100 g Broccoli(fresh or frozen)
 100 g Zucchini
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 Dried Parsleytaste
 Basiltaste
  Sea Salttaste
 Peppertaste
For veg. replacements:
 150 g Cod
 Nutmegtaste

Chop and fry the onion until golden in a greased frying pan.

Zucchini cut into small cubes and send to the onion. Cover and simmer for 5 Minutes.

Boil broccoli in salted water for 7 - 10 Minutes. Dry with a paper towel.

Separate the yolk from the protein. Add the yolk, flour and spices to the minced chicken. To stir thoroughly.

Add finely chopped greens, onions, halves of olives and zucchini to the minced meat, mix well. Gently add the whipped protein into the foam, mix.

Grease the mold with oil. Put the mixture in a mold and gently insert broccoli around the perimeter.

Vegetarian substitute:
