 130 g Chicken fillet
 60 g Green beans
 70 g Cauliflower
 60 g Brussels sprouts
 ½ tsp Mustard(light or french)
 30 g Olives
 2 tsp Olive oil
 ½ tsp Turmeric
 30 g Whole wheat bread
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste

My chicken fillet, dry and cut into cubes. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with turmeric. In the blender we make minced meat;

Season the cabbage and beans with olive oil, add a little mustard to the salt.

Grind the olives in a blender, separately from chicken;

At the bottom of the baking dish we first spread the minced meat, grease the fondant from the olives from above, and cover it all with cabbage and beans;

In a preheated oven up to 200С we send the dish for 15 - 20 Minutes until the chicken is ready.
