CHEESECAKES WITH RAISINS (250 G) AND SOUR CREAM 15% – 20% (30 ML)

 120 g Curd cheese
 1 Egg
 2 tbsp Whole grain flour(or oat, plain, coconut)
 20 g Raisins
 ½ tsp Vegetable oil(if necessary)
 30 ml Sour cream 15%

Put the cottage cheese with the yolk in a deep bowl (if the cottage cheese is dry, you can add a whole egg) and 1 tbsp. l flour, add raisins, previously soaked for 10 Minutes . Stir everything until smooth with a fork or blender.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil using a pastry brush or just a cotton pad. Put on a small fire.

Separate the desired portion of the curd mass. With your hands moistened with water, form cheese cakes and lightly roll in flour on a flat plate on both sides.

Fry cheesecakes on both sides over low heat, so that the inside is well-fried.

Serve with sour cream.
