Peel the potatoes and celery root and cut them into cubes. To prepare vegetables at the same time, celery can be cut a little finer. We put it in one pan. When it boils, salt and cook until vegetables are ready;

We send ready vegetables to the blender, add finely chopped greens and cream. We bring everything to a single consistency.

The number of potatoes depends on the size and which taste is preferred. The more celery, the more tender and easier the mashed potato.
