 150 g Curd
 1 tbsp Sour cream
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Honey
 1 Peach
 5 g Butter(for greasing molds)
 2 tbsp Whole wheat flour(or oatmeal)

Preheat the oven to 180C;

If you want to achieve uniformity - cottage cheese can be thoroughly kneaded beforehand with a tablespoon. If the cottage cheese is wet, squeeze out the excess liquid;

Mix sour cream, egg, flour and cottage cheese. To do this, use a fork, mixer or blender;

Lubricate the baking tin (the muffin molds are good) with oil (if you melt the butter first, it will need much less). We spread the curd mass in a mold and align with a spoon;

In a preheated oven, bake 30 - 35 Minutes until golden brown;

Serve better chilled with peach and honey.
