BULGUR CUTLETS WITH SPINACH (180 G)

 50 g Bulgur
 70 g Fresh Spinach
 1 Eggs
 20 g Onion
 Glove of garlic
 1 tbsp Whole wheat rusks
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste

Slightly quench spinach until soft, squeeze out excess moisture and finely chop;

Mix boiled bulgur, spices, crackers and finely chopped onions and garlic;

Puree the mixture in a blender to a uniform consistency. The second half is mixed with the egg and the resulting mashed potatoes;

We form cutlets from minced meat and fry them in a frying pan or bake in the oven for
10 - 15 Minutes(grease the pan with oil using a bake brush or a cotton pad).

The recipe is suitable for lunch, as complex carbohydrates. In addition, you can cook any vegetable salad, first course and avocado sauce, for example. Half of this portion can be taken with you as a snack.
