 50 g Bulgur
 1 Egg
 10 g Pumpkin seeds
 200 g Broccoli
 Greenstaste

Boil bulgur in the ratio of water 1: 2 until cooked;

Boil an egg, cut into bulgur, add pumpkin seeds, herbs, spices to taste, mix;

Cook broccoli steamed or boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes, serve with bulgur.
